Vendor Application Disclaimer
The Pippinfest Committee reserves the right to review and approve all vendor applications. We retain the authority to refuse any application that does not align with the festival's mission, guidelines, or values. All decisions regarding vendor participation are at the sole discretion of the Pippinfest Committee.
Craft Vendor Application
Pippinfest prioritizes handmade artisans and vendors, celebrating craftsmanship, creativity, and tradition. Our festival showcases unique, high-quality, handcrafted goods, supporting local makers and small businesses.
While we welcome a variety of vendors, preference is given to those who bring original, handmade creations to share with our community!
Food Vendor Application
Pippinfest prioritizes local food vendors and fundraising organizations, supporting community groups and small businesses.
We strive to offer a diverse selection of delicious food options, ensuring a variety of flavors for festivalgoers to enjoy. If you have a unique food offering, we’d love to have you join us!
Literature & Information Application
Pippinfest welcomes informational and literature-based vendors looking to connect with the community. While political and religious vendors are not permitted, we encourage all participants to incorporate an interactive element into their booth to engage festival goers in a fun and meaningful way!
